Care Team Model
Case mix: General, GYN, Ortho, Cysto, Gen surg, Vascular, Neuro spine (no heads), Healthy Peds, Endo, OB (no regionals), EP, Code Stroke, etc.
Schedule: Weekend shift - Need every Sat/Sun - 8 or 12 hours & Daytime shift - 5 x 8's
