FT and PRN CRNA needed in Richmond Virginia.

Looking for FT and PRN CRNAs to join our care team model at a great facility with excellent GI physicians.

Core compensation:

PRN $180hr with Guarantee and covered Medmal

$270,000 base salary (pro-rated as applicable for FTE status)
$20,000 sign-on bonus
up to $40,000 annual performance bonus i.e. up to 10k per quarter
full benefits (PTO, CME, malpractice, retirement)

Retention incentives:

$15,000 at 1 year
$25,000 at 2 years
$35,000 at 3 years
