An established Critical Access Hospital in Minnesota is seeking a CRNA to join their collaborative anesthesia team. This is a low-volume, well-supported practice offering a unique schedule and exceptional work-life balance.
The two CRNAs currently in the practice have each been there for over 8 years, reflecting the stability and supportive culture of the team.
Schedule
Week 1 – 24/7 Call Coverage
Week 2 – Monday–Friday Daytime Schedule
Week 3 – Off
17 weeks off annually + 5 CME days
Practice Highlights
✔ Less than 400 cases annually
✔ Two OR’s
✔ All surgeons are visiting
✔ 30-minute call response time
✔ Minimal call backs (IV starts, OB
Case Mix Includes:
General | Ortho | Endo | Limited ENT | OB/GYN
Cataracts (2 days/month) | Pediatric Dental (1 day/month)

- Sign-on and relocation assistance
- CME allowance and 5 CME days

- PERA retirement plan with 7.5% employer contribution
- Additional 457(b) retirement option
- W2 Salary range: $250,000 – $275,000+
