THE ROLE:
We are currently seeking a talented and compassionate Full-time Anesthesiologist Medical Director to join our team at Bon Secours Surgery Center at Harbour View in Suffolk, VA. Our physicians and CRNAs work together in a care-team model with a diverse case mix. NorthStar provides our teammates with a competitive compensation and benefits package along with a supportive and engaged clinical leadership team! Come join this talented anesthesia team today! This position offers a healthy work-life balance with day shifts, no call, weekends or holidays along with every other Fridays off!! THE FACILITY: Bon Secours Surgery Center at Harbour View - Well-rounded ASC with 3-6 rooms per day.
CASES INCLUDE:
Healthy Peds ENT, Colon and Rectal, ENT, Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, Plastic, Podiatry, & Urogynecology
WE OFFER:
Healthy work-life balance
Strong Top of Market Base Salary $425K+
Incentives, $25K MD Stipend & $90K Sign on Bonus, Paid Holidays
Generous PTO - 10 Weeks
