We are looking for a skilled and motivated Nocturnist Anesthesiologist to join our team at Maple Grove Hospital, a suburban community hospital.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a flexible, rewarding role with negotiable hours, competitive compensation, and the option for 1099 or W2 employment.

Position highlights:

Rewarding practice: OB (4-5000 deliveries a year) and the occasional overnight bread and butter OR cases (no cardiac, thoracic, neurosurg, or trauma).

Medical direction only alongside a skilled CRNA team.

One in-house CRNA, backup CRNA and MDA at home.

Flexible schedule and hours: enjoy a balanced lifestyle with time to recharge.

We will work with you to customise the length of your shifts, number of shifts in a row, or number of weeks desired.

Competitive compensation and flexible benefits based on your needs. 1099 or W2 possible.

Qualifications

Board-certified/Board-eligible Anesthesiologist

Experience in nocturnist roles is a plus, but not required

Ability to work independently and efficiently during nighttime hours
