    We offer:
  • Base salary starts at $250k and increases based on experience + annual salary increases, loyalty bonuses, and extra earning potential with Premium Pay

    Options include:
  • St. Luke's Baptist

    • Mix of 8s, 10s, 12s totaling 40 hours per week
  • Northeast Baptist

    • 2x12s and 2x10s (consistent Premium Pay!)
  • North Central Baptist

    • 2x12s and 2x8s
  • Baptist Medical Center

    • 4x10s
  • Methodist Northeast

    • 2x12s and 2x8s
  • Methodist Stone Oak

    • Choose your schedule:
    3x12s and 1x8 (consistent Premium Pay!)
    2x12s and 2x8s
  • Floating

    • Build your own schedule and float around to different sites throughout the week.
    Stay where you start each shift.
    We have a wide variety of cases across our sites, including general, GYN, ortho, plastic, cardiac (including hearts), GI,, vascular (both major and minor), neuro (head and back), stroke, OB, and cases in the cath lab (including EP procedures).
