One hospital and one surgery center approx 5 miles apart (same system).
Bread and butter with ortho / spine / general / gyn / ENT (healthy peds) / endo / eyes / podiatry / MRI / TEE / ECT.
No hearts / thoracic / vascular and rare heads.

RNA husband / wife team.
Salaried position (targeted to AANA regional data and updated annually); OT extra pay. c
RNAs take backup call FROM HOME with rare call in and first out the next day (sometimes next day OFF).
Call / holidays / weekends evenly divided from day one. 7 weeks vaca + random days off when schedule allows.
Aggressive 18.75% company retirement plan contribution with 3 year vesting period / malpractice / med staff / professional dues paid.
