Night Float CRNA opportunity 7 nights on 7 nights off schedule in Austin, TX with Austin Anesthesiology Group (AAG). AAG offers a flexible schedule in various surgical settings. Our diverse group is composed of anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and CAAs who provide anesthesia services in a care team model; team members are exposed to a wide variety of complex cases. Our care team model means that we focus on everyone having a voice, while supporting, respecting, and helping to deliver care excellence.

Responsibilities
- Case assignments: Our practice covers the full range of specialties including general inpatient and outpatient cases, trauma, OB, neuro, EP and more. CRNAs do their own spinals; as well as epidurals and arterial lines on a case-by-case basis.
- Pre-anesthesia assessment
- Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
- Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
- Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
- Performance of clinical intervention as needed
- Schedule: Night shift (11p-7a)- 7 on, 7 off
- Current license as a registered professional nurse
- Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
- Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
