• Start Date: ASAP upon credentialing

• Credentialing Timeframe: Emergency privileges

• Length of Contract: Start - the end of July

• Schedule: Weekdays. 10s or 12s available. No call or weekends

• Case Types: endo/gastric, general, ortho, gynecology, urology, thoracic, vascular, neuro/spine, radiology, cardiology

• EMR: Epic

• Travel: All-inclusive hourly rate

• Medical Malpractice provided by Anesthesia OnCall
