Opportunity Details:

• Staffing model of 6 Physician Anesthesiologists and 19 CRNA’s
• Case mix at this Level 2 trauma center involves hearts and burns. This hospital does not do OB. Physicians strong in regional anesthesia is a plus
• A positive environment for team anesthesia and development professionally, personally and socially
• The team has 2 night Anesthesiologist so the daytime team takes no night call. Call is 1 every 4th weekend from 7a to 7p

Compensation and Benefits for the Daytime Physician

• Competitive compensation package consisting of a $456,000 base salary to include call. $10,000 sign on bonus and a $10,000 quality bonus starting in year 2. Physicians who have cardiac experience will also receive a $25,000 per year cardiac stipend.
• 12 weeks off first year
• Paid medical malpractice including tail coverage
