US Anesthesia Partners – South Texas is expanding and looking for talented CRNAs to join our team at Northeast Baptist Hospital, a facility known for its cutting-edge operating rooms, exceptional surgical services, and strong anesthesia team culture.

We offer:
  • Base salary starts at $250k and increases based on experience + annual salary increases, loyalty bonuses, and extra earning potential with Premium Pay
  • $100K Sign-on bonus options -OR- Student Loan Repayment

  • Work-Life Balance! We offer flexible schedules including 8s, 10s, and 12s and 4 shifts per week with a rotating day off
  • No weekends, overnights, holidays, or call
  • Work across a wide range of cases, including GI, General, Colorectal, ENT, Plastics, Ortho, Spine, and OB
  • Leadership and development opportunities available
  • 6 - 8 weeks of PTO
