💉 THE ROLE
✔ ENT-focused ambulatory surgery center
✔ Monday–Friday schedule only
✔ No call | No nights | No weekends
✔ Mix of supervising + hands-on anesthesia
✔ ~5–8 cases/day in an efficient ASC flow
✔ Strong CRNA support (1 per day model)
✔ Collegial surgeon team + predictable workflow
✔ Hybrid EMR/paper documentation environment
✔ Physician-friendly, stable outpatient practice
💰 COMPENSATION
$520K–$650K+ annually depending on hours, efficiency, and schedule
Hourly structure with premium rates for higher weekly hours worked
