The client is building a rotating pool of anesthesiologists and is seeking providers who are flexible, reliable, and comfortable across all shift types. • Bread-and-butter cases only (no neuro, vascular, or cardiac cases)

• Independent practice model with minimal orientation (orientation shift provided)
