Description

Spectrum Healthcare Partners is seeking full-time BC/BE pediatric anesthesiologists to join our dynamic team of over 50 physicians at Maine Medical Center—a 700-bed, Level 1 Trauma Center and flagship hospital for the State of Maine, home to Maine’s premier pediatric referral hospital, the Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital, and a leading teaching hospital for Tufts University School of Medicine.

About This Role:

This is a unique opportunity to practice high-acuity, academic medicine in a physician-owned and physician-led private practice.

Our pediatric group delivers approximately 6,000 pediatric anesthetics per year across MMC’s hospital, outpatient surgery center, and imaging facilities.

Pediatric Case Mix: 45% pediatrics/55% adult, including neonatal surgery, complex neuro, ENT, cardiac (bypass opportunities for qualified candidates), and “bread and butter” peds cases
Manageable Call: Call averages 1 weekday per week and
