Position Type: Full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
Clinical Focus: Dedicated patient evaluations and ongoing follow-up care.
Schedule: Pure daytime hours with no call, nights, or weekends.

Responsibilities
Conduct detailed initial patient evaluations and comprehensive history assessments.
Perform routine patient follow-up appointments to monitor treatment efficacy.
Develop, monitor, and adjust clinical treatment plans under appropriate medical oversight.
Educate patients and families on treatment protocols, recovery expectations, and safety.
Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation within the facility’s electronic health records.
Collaborate effectively with attending physicians, medical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure an efficient clinical workflow.
Qualifications
Current unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of New York (or immediate eligibility for licensure).
National board certification from an accredited certifying body (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).
Active New York DEA registration (or eligible to obtain).
Strong clinical communication, interpersonal, and team-oriented skills.
New grads welcome to apply; a strong desire to learn and excel in a specialized center environment is highly valued.
Current BLS certification.
