An established physician-led private practice in the Dallas, Texas area is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a full-time outpatient clinical opportunity. Specializing in comprehensive interventional pain care, the practice delivers patient-centered treatment plans to manage acute and chronic pain conditions. The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) works closely alongside treating physicians in a highly collaborative clinic environment emphasizing diagnostic precision, patient education, and functional rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive outpatient pain management consultations, physical examinations, and initial patient intake evaluations.
Manage ongoing medication management protocols, verify controlled substance compliance, and process prescription refills in accordance with state guidelines.
Perform routine follow-up clinical visits to evaluate treatment response, adjust therapy regimens, and assess functional progress.
Order, interpret, and review diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT, X-rays) and schedule interventional procedures for supervisory and treating physicians.
Formulate, evaluate, and dynamically adjust multidisciplinary treatment plans incorporating physical therapy, interventional care, and conservative medical management.
Maintain complete, compliant, and timely electronic health record (EHR) charting for all patient encounters.
Qualifications
Successful completion of an accredited Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN / NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) educational program.
Current national certification (AANP/ANCC for NPs; NCCPA for PAs).
Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the State of Texas (or immediate eligibility).
Active Federal DEA registration and Texas Controlled Substances registration (or eligible to obtain).
Active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
Experience in Pain Management or Orthopedics is preferred, though candidates with strong clinical foundation and eager interest in outpatient pain management are encouraged to apply.

Base Salary: $120,000 per year (W-2 position)
Earning Potential: Performance/productivity incentive providing the opportunity to earn up to $150,000 w/ Bonus!

On-Call / Weekends: None (100% lifestyle-protected)
