Opportunity
The practice is seeking a motivated and clinically focused Full-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their growing team. The incoming provider will join a fast-paced environment with a steady patient volume, primarily focusing on non-interventional management and surgical coordination. Responsibilities
Manage a daily volume of approximately 30 patients per day.
Conduct thorough pain management consultations and treatment plan evaluations.
Oversee routine prescription refills and medication management in compliance with state regulations.
Perform follow-up visits to assess patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
Coordinate with the attending physicians by ordering appropriate interventional procedures and diagnostic imaging.
Provide patient education regarding therapeutic exercises, lifestyle modifications, and procedural expectations.
Qualifications
Valid California license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
Active DEA registration.
Experience: Prior experience in Pain Management or Orthopedics is a strong plus, though the practice is open to highly motivated candidates.

Total Package: $130,000 – $150,000 (depending on experience).
