Responsibilities

• Conduct initial pain management consultations, physical examinations, and comprehensive patient health histories.

• Process prescription refills and perform continuous medication management adhering to practice standards and regulatory protocols.

• Perform routine follow-up visits to track functional progress, treatment efficacy, and patient satisfaction.

• Order diagnostic tests (MRI, CT, X-ray) and interventional procedures on behalf of supervising pain physicians.

• Formulate and adjust individualized, multidisciplinary treatment plans encompassing interventional therapies, conservative modalities, and medical management.

• Maintain timely, thorough, and compliant electronic medical record (EMR) documentation for every patient encounter.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (MSN/DNP) or Physician Assistant (MSPAS) program.

• Active, unrestricted APRN or PA license in the State of Florida (or eligible to obtain).

• National board certification (AANP/ANCC for NPs or NCCPA for PAs).

• Active Federal DEA license and Florida prescriptive authority (or eligible).

• Pain Management and/or Orthopedics experience is a major plus, though qualified APPs with strong procedural and musculoskeletal interest are encouraged to apply.

• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

Compensation & Benefits Package

• Base Salary: $120,000 base salary (W2 Position).

• Bonus Structure: Production bonus opportunity to earn up to $150,000 total compensation!

• Work Schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours (No call, no weekends).
