About the Practice
An established private practice in the coastal Merritt Island, Florida area is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its outpatient pain management clinical team. The practice is dedicated to delivering patient-centric, high-quality care for individuals dealing with chronic and acute pain conditions. Supported by an experienced clinical staff and dedicated administrative workflow, advanced practice providers work alongside supervising physicians in a modern, collaborative environment.

This full-time NP/PA position focuses on comprehensive outpatient pain cases, consultations, and ongoing management.

Responsibilities
Conduct initial pain management consultations, physical examinations, and comprehensive patient health histories.
Process prescription refills and perform continuous medication management adhering to practice standards and regulatory protocols.
Perform routine follow-up visits to track functional progress, treatment efficacy, and patient satisfaction.
Order diagnostic tests (MRI, CT, X-ray) and interventional procedures on behalf of supervising pain physicians.
Formulate and adjust individualized, multidisciplinary treatment plans encompassing interventional therapies, conservative modalities, and medical management.
Maintain timely, thorough, and compliant electronic medical record (EMR) documentation for every patient encounter.
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (MSN/DNP) or Physician Assistant (MSPAS) program.
Active, unrestricted APRN or PA license in the State of Florida (or eligible to obtain).
National board certification (AANP/ANCC for NPs or NCCPA for PAs).
Active Federal DEA license and Florida prescriptive authority (or eligible).
Pain Management and/or Orthopedics experience is a major plus, though qualified APPs with strong procedural and musculoskeletal interest are encouraged to apply.
Active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

Compensation & Benefits Package
Base Salary: $120,000 base salary (W2 Position).
Bonus Structure: Production bonus opportunity to earn up to $150,000 total compensation!
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours (No call, no weekends).
Employment Status: Direct W2 employment.
