About the Practice
An established and highly regarded private practice in the upscale Wesley Chapel, Florida area is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its outpatient specialized pain team. Opportunity
This full-time NP/PA opportunity focuses primarily on outpatient pain management care and clinical coordination.

Advanced practice providers (APPs) will manage new patient pain consultations, conduct routine follow-up evaluations, execute prescription refills, evaluate ongoing treatment plans, and order necessary diagnostic procedures or interventional treatments on behalf of attending physicians.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive clinical assessments, history taking, and physical evaluations for new and established pain management patients.
Manage medication regimens, prescription refills, and compliance monitoring in accordance with state guidelines and practice protocols.
Conduct regular follow-up visits to assess treatment efficacy, patient progress, and functional improvements.
Order and interpret diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT, X-ray), lab tests, and interventional procedures for supervising physicians.
Formulate and adjust multidisciplinary treatment plans incorporating conservative modalities, interventional therapies, and physical medicine.
Maintain complete, timely, and compliant electronic medical record (EMR) documentation for all patient interactions.
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (MSN/DNP) or Physician Assistant (MSPAS) program.
Active, unrestricted APRN or PA license in the State of Florida.
Board certification (AANP/ANCC for NPs or NCCPA for PAs).
Active Federal DEA license and Florida prescriptive authority (or eligible to obtain).
Pain Management and/or Orthopedics experience is a major plus, though experienced APPs with strong procedural/musculoskeletal interest are encouraged to apply.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

Compensation & Benefits Package
Base Salary: $120,000 base salary (W2 Position).
Bonus Potential: Opportunity to earn up to $150,000 annually with production/quality performance bonuses!
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours only (No call, no weekends).
Employment Status: Direct W2 employment with full payroll tax contributions.
