🩺 OB-Focused Anesthesiologist Opportunity | Upstate New York – Capital Region

A well-established, physician-led anesthesia practice in New York’s Capital Region is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist with OB Fellowship training to join a collegial, stable team.
🔹 The Practice
Care provided at a major regional hospital plus multiple ambulatory surgery and endoscopy centers
Strong care-team model (1: 3–1:4 supervision)
No trauma.
No cardiac.
Heavy use of regional anesthesia
🔹 The Work
~60% Obstetric anesthesia, remainder general cases
Case mix includes OB, ortho, vascular, thoracic, neuro, regional, and some peds
Call: 1:8 first call, post-call day off, no second call
💰 Compensation & Perks
$600,000 base salary
$150,000 sign-on bonus (3-year commitment)
Relocation assistance up to $10K
8 weeks of vacation
401(k) with employer profit sharing
CME: $5,500 annually
