Active Washington state license required
Active ACLS, BLS, PALS required
250 bed hospital
Cases: General, Endo, ENT, GYN, Podiatry, Pulmonary, Urology Major Vascular, OB, Ortho, Cardiac a plus.
Medical Supervision
8,10 and 12 hour shifts available
