Dates: Nov 2, 4, 18-20, 23-25, 27, Nov 30-Dec 4, 14, 15, 21-25, 28-31. Future dates TBD
Location: Northern Indiana
Schedule: Monday-Friday; 7:30am-3:30pm plus call
Cases: Ortho, Uro, high-risk OB, GYN, Cancer, Liver, some Vascular, ENT, Radiology, Cosmetics, Podiatry, Pulmonary, and very light Cardiac. Mostly General and Endo

Additional Details

Travel and lodging arrangements are available
MD on sight, no supervision
Call 3 weeknights per month. Primary call is in-house, secondary beeper
