The company rebuilds the pulmonary clinic around a technology platform and a set of virtual and physical interventions calibrated to keep lung conditions under control. Rich patient data and predictive models allow providers to make more thoughtful medical decisions. Founded in 2022, the company operates across multiple states and is expanding rapidly.


Role Overview We are hiring a board-certified Pulmonologist to primarily practice outpatient pulmonary medicine.
NO CRITICAL CARE WORK

Responsibilities

  • Render outpatient pulmonary care, inpatient consults, and procedures

  • Perform 20 visits/day on average (additional compensation for additional visits)

  • Supervise advanced practice providers (2+ mid-level providers)

  • Oversee support staff to deliver innovative care models

  • Maintain relationships with local primary care providers


Compensation

  • Base: $325,000

  • Total potential: Up to ~$500K–$675K (via personal productivity bonus, mid-level supervision revenue share, and virtual program revenue sharing)

Work Policy: On-site, full-time (5 days/week)


Requirements

  • M.D. or D.O. with pulmonary certification (sleep certification preferred)

  • Board certified; early-to-mid career (2–20 years of experience)

  • Active state license in Georgia, Arizona,or ability to obtain via the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)

  • Comfortable focusing on outpatient-only work (no critical care)

  • Ability to consistently see 20+ patients/day

  • Willing to supervise 2+ mid-level providers

  • Strong communicator with genuine passion for patient care and diagnosis

  • Mission-aligned and excited to integrate technology into patient care models

  • No history of malpractice
