Description

Palm Health Locum CRNA – Greensboro, North Carolina

Start: 12/01/2025 | End: 06/30/2026 (13-week blocks, extendable) | Openings: 10 | EMR: Epic

Coverage: Scheduled clinical hours + optional call | Shifts: 4×10s or 5×8s (7a–3p or 7a–5p; 30-min unpaid lunch)

Rate: $190–$230/hr (depending on commitment)

Why this assignment

Float pool across four affiliated sites (main hospital, community campus, ASC, and additional OR/NORA locations).

Full-time is required: 4–5 shifts/week for 4 consecutive weeks (no exceptions).

Case mix: General, Ortho, Vascular, Urology, GYN, Bariatrics, Robotics; ENDO/NORA (IR, EP, MRI).

All ages at most sites (one campus is 12+).

Hearts/lungs not required; experience in hearts/vascular, neuro, and peds is preferred at the main campus.

Model: Medical direction at most sites; one community campus uses medical supervision by a physician.

Environment: 20+ ORs at the flagship campus; 11 ORs at another; community site with 4 ORs + 3 ENDO rooms; dedicated surgery center.

Requirements

Board-Certified CRNA (no new graduates).

North Carolina license required

ACLS & PALS required.

Experience: 1–2+ years independent practice; comfortable floating.

Schedule, Call & Differentials

Day shift only: 7a–3p or 7a–5p.

OT: 1.5× after scheduled shift

Holiday pay: 1.5× on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas
