Setting: Inpatient + Outpatient | Coverage: Scheduled clinical hours only (no call)

Trauma: Level III

Location

Based in a Midwest Big Ten–adjacent university community along the Wabash River.

About 65–75 minutes from Indianapolis International (IND); roughly ~2 hours to Chicago by highway.

Regional airport nearby with connections via Chicago; lodging clustered near the university district.

Schedule & Operations

Hours: Monday–Friday, 07:00–15:00.

Model: Medical direction (CRNA may provide supervision of APPs as needed).

Observed holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.

Privileges: Hospital/surgery center privileges required; temporary privileges available.

Estimated credentialing: ~90 days.

Requirements

NBCRNA (board-eligible accepted per site policy).

BLS, ACLS, PALS required.

State license: Indiana CRNA license (or willingness to obtain).

No admissions or inpatient rounding duties.
