📍 Northeast of Charlotte, NC | ~45–60 min commute to metro Charlotte
Palm Health Resources is actively recruiting Locum CRNAs for an ongoing opportunity at a well-established health system located just northeast of Charlotte.
This area offers easy access to a major metro, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, and a balanced lifestyle with lower congestion while still being within commuting distance to the city.
🩺 Position Overview
Start: August 2026 (or as soon as credentialed)
Duration: Ongoing, long-term need
Schedule: Flexible shifts available (8s, 10s, 12s, and 24-hour in-house options)
Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours + call
Setting: Mix of inpatient + outpatient (hospital + surgical environment)
EMR: Epic
Volume: ~4 cases per shift
⚙️ Clinical Scope
Broad, full-scope CRNA practice in a collaborative environment
Case mix includes:
General anesthesia
Orthopedic, vascular, thoracic (non-cardiac)
Neuro, spine, and head cases
OB and pediatric exposure
Regional anesthesia and advanced procedures
Skills include:
Spinals, epidurals, and regional blocks
Arterial/central line placement
Ventilation and hemodynamic management
No open heart cases
No supervisory requirements
✅ Requirements
Active North Carolina license (or ability to obtain)
NBCRNA certified
ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
💰 Compensation
Highly competitive 1099 rates
