About the Practice
A prominent and well-established medical facility in the Syracuse, New York area is seeking a skilled, dedicated, and patient-centered Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join their clinical team on a full-time basis. The facility is deeply committed to providing highly specialized, top-tier anesthesia care to pediatric patients across a broad spectrum of surgical needs, while seamlessly supporting the general anesthesia service when required. They foster a highly collaborative, resource-rich, and medically advanced environment designed to optimize patient safety and support the professional growth of their medical staff.
Opportunity
This is an exceptional full-time opportunity for a Pediatric Anesthesiologist looking to practice at the top of their license. The workload is heavily specialized, comprising approximately 90% pediatric cases ranging from neonates to adolescents. The remaining 10% of the role involves general anesthesia cases, providing exposure to complex adult procedures including thoracic, vascular, neurosurgery, trauma, regional anesthesia, and outpatient surgery.

This position offers a unique, highly desirable clinical blend: a primary, specialized focus on pediatric care paired with a diverse adult case mix to maintain a sharp multi-specialty clinical edge. To support the region’s expanding surgical pipeline, Pediatric Fellows nearing completion of their training are warmly welcome to apply and build a long-term career within a highly supportive, mentorship-driven infrastructure.
