Responsibilities
Administer anesthesia for a varied caseload (60% pediatric / 40% adult).
Manage high-level pediatric cases alongside general surgery, orthopedics, and other adult subspecialties.
Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop customized plans for neonatal, pediatric, and adult populations.
Participate in the 1:4 call rotation, ensuring high-quality coverage for the facility.
Collaborate with surgical teams to maintain the practice’s 40-year standard of safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
Board Certification or Eligibility (ABA) in Anesthesiology.
Successful completion of a Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship is required.
Current or eligible for an unrestricted Florida medical license.
Proficiency in a wide range of pediatric and adult anesthetic techniques.
