  • Seeking PEDIATRIC Fellowship trained applicants.

    • Tacoma Anesthesia Associates (TAA), a local, physician-owned practice with a stable, long-term hospital contract seeking motivated physicians to join our practice in a partnership-track position.
    TAA is seeking Pediatric Fellowship trained Anesthesiologists.
    Ideal candidates will possess strong clinical and interpersonal skills, a desire to assume leadership duties, and a willingness to take on a variety of clinical cases.
    ABA certification or eligibility required.
    New grads are welcome.
    New stand alone Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital - opened May 2026.
    Our new 82-bed freestanding children’s hospital has 8 ORs, 1 hybrid cath lab / IR suite, and 2 endoscopy suites.
    Option to choose pediatric only practice or a mixed pediatric and adult practice .
    Wide range of pediatric cases, Level IV NICU.
    Adult cases are performed at Tacoma General Hospital and Allenmore Hospital.
    Abundant regional opportunities available.
    Average call 1 night per week with pre-call and post-call days off, and one weekend per month.
    Two year associate status
  • 2026 total compensation $735,000 with 9 weeks PTO (adjusted depending on start date)
  • 2027 total compensation $750,000 with 10 weeks PTO

    • There is also opportunity for additional compensation available through optional sign-up shifts.
    Partner compensation according to weeks and call worked with substantial flexibility available.
