Provider performs own cases
Peds + Neonates
Neonatal case log required: 15 cases
Pediatric case log: 75 cases in the past 12 months
Cases: Ortho, ENT, General, Dental, Radiology, GI & Neuro/Spine/Head
Epic EMR
2+ years experience | Clean file
TX license required
BLS + Board Certified
~20–30 patients/day

Holiday coverage also available: Nov. 23–25, Dec. 21–23 & Dec. 28–30.
