Certifications Required: ACLS; BLS; PALS

Requirements Notes: Providers must be pediatric cardiac anesthesia trained or: Peds trained but doing significant number of pediatric cardiac anesthesia cases on bypass and in single ventricle physiology. (Site does not need a general pediatric anesthesia)
Minimum Years Experience: 1
IL State License Required (will accept candidates needing to obtain a license)
Board Status: Board Certified
Trauma Level: Level I
