Description
Tacoma Anesthesia Associates (TAA), a physician‑owned and long‑established group, is seeking Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiologists to support the growing congenital heart program at Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital, which opened its new free‑standing facility in May 2026.
Mary Bridge is actively building a strong, high‑acuity pediatric congenital heart program, and TAA is seeking motivated anesthesiologists who want to be part of that growth.
Position Highlights:
Fellowship in Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiology preferred; experienced non‑fellowship candidates also considered.
Care for the full spectrum of congenital heart disease, including neonates, cath lab, and CHD patients needing non‑cardiac surgery.
Participate in general pediatric cases as well. 100% doing own cases.
ABA certified or eligible; new grads welcome.
Schedule & Compensation
Call: 1 in 3 nights with post‑call admin day
Weekends: 1 in 3
2026 Total annual compensation: $782,000 with 9 weeks PTO
2027 Total annual compensation: $798,000 with 10 weeks PTO
