We are looking for a permanent CRNA at a small hospital in Central IN, 70 miles from Evansville, IN. Enjoy work life balance with 13 weeks off. $325K plus $35K commencement bonus. 3 weeks on/ 1 week off rotation with minimal call. I have posted some of the details below.
