Description
Prescott is a beautiful mountain city in north central AZ between Sedona and Phoenix.
We are the only group in northern AZ with a physician only practice model.
Types of cases include general, ortho, spine, urology, gyn, L&D, thoracic, breast, rare crani, and rare pediatrics.
Cardiac is optional($24K/year stipend in addition to salary).
No in-house call.
We offer $575K first year salary with full benefits(health, malpractice, life and disability insurance) and matching 401K on a W-2 basis and transition to K-1 profit sharing once partner.
One year to partnership.
Group provides all benefits for partners as well.
Expected partner income in the range of $675K - $700K.
We have in place a group retirement plan consisting of both 401K and Defined Benefit Plan.
Can contribute upto $150K pre tax which is one of the big advantages of our group.
Paid vacation.
