Job Description:
Nanoom Health DMV is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient clinic in Silver Spring, Maryland. This is a full-time, 100% outpatient role with no call responsibilities, offering an excellent work-life balance in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Our practice serves a diverse community in the greater Silver Spring / Montgomery County area, and bilingual Korean/English candidates are strongly preferred to help us provide culturally responsive care to our patient population. You'll manage a steady outpatient panel of approximately 18–20 patients per day, focused on comprehensive primary care.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care to an outpatient patient panel, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions
Deliver preventive care, health screenings, and patient education
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop treatment plans
Collaborate with the supervising physician and care team in accordance with Maryland collaborative/attestation practice requirements
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
Requirements:
Active Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Maryland (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
National certification as an FNP or equivalent primary care NP
Current DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
Prior primary care/outpatient experience preferred
Bilingual Korean/English strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
