Description
The Anesthesia Group of Albany, PC (AGA) is the largest anesthesia group in the Capital District Region of Upstate New York.
The Physicians and CRNAs of AGA have been providing anesthesia services to 1 of the 2 large hospital centers in Albany, and a variety of ambulatory surgery facilities in the area for over 50 years.
AGA offers a full scope of anesthesia services including Cardiac, Vascular, GI, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Cosmetic, and Obstetrics.
AGA also provides services to several Orthopedic ambulatory surgery centers, and an Endoscopy Center.
Your day can consist of hospital-based practice, ambulatory based practice, or a combination of both depending on your preference and skill set.
The overnight portion of the call shift will be at the hospital in Albany, NY.
We welcome physicians who enjoy regional anesthesia, as we have among the busiest orthopedic practices in New York State.
We have fostered a strong relationship with our CRNAs, as we have an efficient and cordial care team model.
The Anesthesiologist is responsible for and will perform all regional procedures and lines.
We offer an excellent work-life balance, as we provide 8 weeks of time away from practice.
There is ample opportunity for growth and leadership as partnership opportunities are available.
We also have opportunities for non-call, full-time positions.
