General Anesthesiologist

We are seeking physicians to join ACV, Inc., (Anesthesiology Consultants of Virginia, Inc.) a group of 40+ physicians practicing in several locations, doing all types of cases except transplants and chronic pain.
We provide coverage in a large Trauma one medical center as well as two additional ASCs.
Board eligibility or certification is required.
Our group is production based.
Call is equally divided and averages 1 in 7 but most call can be taken from home with limited call back.
We would expect a new physician to average over $550,000/year in gross pay but there is a lot of opportunity for additional call, which is heavily incentivized.
This salary estimate is based on the average of 10 weeks of vacation per year.
We strive for parity in all aspects of our practice from day one and partnership in one year.
Many cases are personally performed by the physician and there will be CRNA direction as well.
We are located in a beautiful metropolitan area with a population of about 300,000, in the foothills of Virginia.
