Looking for flexibility without sacrificing a great practice environment? This PRN CAA role allows you to pick up shifts on your terms while working alongside a collaborative, experienced anesthesia team in a high-efficiency ASC setting.

Provide anesthesia care across a focused outpatient case mix in a streamlined environment designed for quality, efficiency, and strong team support.

Compensation & Incentive

Base PRN Rate: $175/hour
Enhanced PRN Rate Opportunity: Earn $200/hour

PRN providers who are:

Scheduled in advance
Work a minimum of five (5) shifts per calendar month
Each shift is at least 8 hours

…will qualify for an increased hourly rate of $200/hour.

Important details:

The enhanced rate is applied retroactively once all five qualifying shifts are completed within the month
Eligibility requires advance scheduling and completion of all shifts
This incentive program is reviewed annually to ensure continued market competitiveness
