The ideal Medical Director candidate will have strong leadership qualities as a past director, have worked in a team model where CRNAs have a high degree of autonomy, and possess excellent communication skills.
In addition, the director should provide assistance in the professional development of the anesthesia care team and actively participate in the recruitment of new staff.

About the opportunity
Manage a team comprised of 50+ providers.
Approximately 34,000 cases annually across the system which is comprised of general OR, ortho, endo, cardiac, trauma, obstetrics, endo, neuro, and more
Highly competitive compensation; 1099 based
6 weeks off
Daily Schedule: Mostly Monday – Friday based, which includes clinical duties and some weekend call coverage.
