Assignment Details:

Start: ASAP upon credentialing
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
Contract Length: 6 months
Schedule: 5x8 or 4x10. 2 weeks per month minimum
All-inclusive rate for providers 60+ miles away
Case Types: Peds, Neonates
EMR: Epic
Provider will be doing their own cases
Pediatric fellowship required
Medical Malpractice provided by Anesthesia OnCall
