About the Practice:
An established anesthesia practice in the San Antonio, Texas area is seeking a highly motivated CRNA for a full-time autonomous position. The practice focuses on outpatient surgical procedures in a supportive and structured environment.
Opportunity:
A full-time CRNA job opening is available offering fully autonomous case management for outpatient surgery. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no call, no nights, and no weekends. Applications are welcome from Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists (SRNAs) nearing graduation.
Responsibilities
Independently administer and manage anesthesia for a variety of outpatient surgical procedures.
Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic delivery as needed to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Provide safe and effective emergence and post-anesthesia care.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in the outpatient setting.
Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Texas (or eligibility for licensure).
Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) 1 or eligibility to sit for the certification exam (for SRNAs).
Strong clinical skills and the ability to independently manage anesthesia for a variety of outpatient surgical cases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical judgments.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in an efficient outpatient setting.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Compensation and Benefits
Annual Salary: $260,000+ (commensurate with experience).
