Description

  • Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join a successful, well-established group of physicians.
  • 11 MD

    • As/30 CRNAs
  • 4:1 CRNA Supervision Staffing Model
  • In-house call rotation, approximately 1/week with post-call day off
  • Varied case mix includes services to Cardiac, Neuro, Obstetrics, Peds, Ortho, General
  • Anesthesiologist hire is considered equal with pay, vacation, call, and case-mix

    • Competitive compensation package includes:
  • Compensation floor of $500,000 for the first two years of the employment contract
  • In addition, a $150,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
  • Estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from group’s personally performed and pooled w

    • RVUs. Based on data from last 10 years, estimated that members in the group have the ability to earn in excess of 75th percentile compensation for specialty based on national survey data.
