USAP is seeking a 1099 PRN Physician to assist with weekday and weekend coverage in Orange City, Florida - Just north of Downtown Orlando!

Weekday options: (Can choose one shift or all for a 24 hour shift)
-$325/hr M-F 7a-5p
-$2,200 for weekday night call (5p-7a)
-$5,450 total for 24 hour shift.
48 hour weekend HOME CALL
-7am Saturday - 7am Monday
-Must be within 30 minutes of Advent
Health Fish Memorial, and 1 hour from Advent
Health Deland.
$7,000 flat rate, $300/hr for time worked over 20 hours
-$350/hr for 20 hours (guaranteed 20).
-$300/hr for any hours worked over 20 in a weekend period.

-General, Ortho, and some Neuro
Deland
-General, GI, and Ortho
