Novus Anesthesia Partners, LLC is excited to partner with Chan Soon-Shiong Medical Center!
We are dedicated to building a cohesive and high-performing clinical team with a sustainable, professional, and supportive environment.
We are seeking talented Anesthesiologists to join us in our practice setting at Chan Soon-Shiong Medical Center in Winder, PA.
Caseload includes: ENT, Gastro, General, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology, Oral, Ortho, Pain, Podiatry, and Urology
Pay: W-2 or 1099 options
Compensation
- $425k W2 option
- $500k 1099 option
- $50k recruitment retention incentive
- Back-up Call Only
Benefits

Qualifications
- Candidates with strong independent practice experience
- All Novus providers must meet state licensure requirements.
- Providers must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals where they will have privileges.
- Two or more years of clinical anesthesia experience preferred.
- Must have solid decision-making ability.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Assist with patient preparation and recovery.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
Requirements
- Current certification as an Anesthesiologist with PA license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
