Position Overview
Hospital based CRNA coverage for a mix of OR and OB cases
Provider must be willing to take call
Proficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals required
Case logs required (250 case logs each year for the past 2 years, including proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)

Radiology with anesthesia
Required Qualifications
Active Indiana RN license
Indiana Patient Compensation Fund enrollment required
BLS, ACLS, and PALS through AHA
Credentialing
Credentialing timeframe noted as 60 to 90 days

Completion bonus: $3,000 (for 12 consecutive full weeks, when applicable)
40 hour per week guarantee is noted for full week coverage
