We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at a 126-bed Skilled Nursing Facility. In this role, you will work with geriatric patients and support licensed Physical Therapists in providing quality rehabilitation care.

Responsibilities

Assist with therapy treatments and patient care plans

Help patients improve mobility, strength, and daily function

Monitor patient progress and document updates

Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery plans

Work closely with therapists and healthcare staff

Requirements

Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program

Active PTA license

Geriatric or SNF experience preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Basic computer and EMR knowledge
