We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at a 126-bed Skilled Nursing Facility. In this role, you will work with geriatric patients and support licensed Physical Therapists in providing quality rehabilitation care.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with therapy treatments and patient care plans

  • Help patients improve mobility, strength, and daily function

  • Monitor patient progress and document updates

  • Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery plans

  • Work closely with therapists and healthcare staff

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program

  • Active PTA license

  • Geriatric or SNF experience preferred

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Basic computer and EMR knowledge
