Call from 5p-7a on weekdays and 24 hrs on weekends.

Post Call Day Off for providers taking call during the week.

Call schedule: Mix of OR and OB cases, once or twice per week.

Provider MUST be willing to take call

Call Response: 30 min

MD's on site - No Supervision

Type of Cases: General, Endo, Ortho and Joint Replacement, Urology, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, ENT, Radiology with Anesthesia,

MUST be proficient: Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals

Caselogs Required: 250 caselogs each year for the past 2 years.

Showing proof of Epidurals, Spinals, and Blocks.

# of providers: 7 providers a day at this site, including MDs and AAs.
