Radar is seeking a CRNA to provide locum coverage at a surgery center located in Southern, IN!

Dates:
10/13 - 10/16
11/16 - 11/20
Needing Coverage Fridays: 11/6, 11/13, 12/4, 12/11

Competitive Pay, Guaranteed 8hrs per day, mileage/lodging/malpractice!
CRNA only setting in a well-support practice
