Hourly Rate: $185 | Total Compensation: $318,000 | Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 40 hrs/week | No Call • No Weekends

Renew Medical Group is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic CRNA to join our anesthesia team at the Mercy Eye Center in Springfield, Missouri.

This is a focused, weekday position devoted exclusively to ophthalmic cases — no call, no weekends — offering an excellent work-life balance and a concentrated surgical specialty environment.

Position Highlights:

Hourly Rate: $185/hour
Total Compensation: $318,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Thursday (40 hours per week)
Call/Weekends: None
Employment Type: 1099 independent contractor
Case Scope: Ophthalmic surgery only — no trauma, no OB, no floating
