CHRISTUS Health is hiring a Full Time CRNA located at CHRISTUS St. Michael Health System located in Texarkana, Texas.

• Collaborative Team: Unified CRNA and MDA model with strong collegial support.

• Case Mix: Trauma, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, urology, GYN, robotics, pediatrics, EP, GI; optional OB (with epidural/spinal proficiency). No hearts or transplants.

• Equipment: Digital Mindray anesthesia machines, syringe pumps, GlideScopes, EPIC charting

• Scheduling: Flexible 8/10/12-hour shifts; 16 & 24-hour shifts available once oriented

• Culture & Leadership: Supportive environment with mentorship for new grads. Chief CRNA with 15+ years experience with CHRISTUS.

Competitive Compensation Package:

• Guarantee of 40 hours/week pay.

• Premium Pay rate of $200/hour for any hours over 40 in a work week.
